Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you (and any organization you act for) and RubyEverywhere. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept them.
2. Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service. One person, one account; organizations may have many members.
3. What you upload
You keep ownership of the source you submit and the signing credentials you custody with us. You grant us only the limited rights needed to run the service — storing your source snapshots, building them, and using your signing credentials to sign and notarize the artifacts you ask us to produce. We describe how this material is handled in our Privacy Policy.
4. Signing credentials
You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to any Apple, Google, or other platform credentials you upload, and for complying with those platforms' own developer agreements. We use your credentials only to perform the builds and signing you request, and only inject them into an isolated, ephemeral build runner just-in-time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the platform to build or distribute malware, to infringe others' rights, to break the law, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do. During pre-alpha, usage is also subject to per-organization build limits shown in the product.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time during pre-alpha. We'll try to give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, RubyEverywhere isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of a pre-alpha service. Keep your own backups of anything important.
8. Ending your use
You can delete your account or an organization at any time from settings. Deleting removes the associated data, including custodied credentials, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate access for violations of these terms.
